Delivery Policy

This policy describes the terms and conditions for processing, shipping, and delivering orders placed on the sorelise.com website.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia

No deliveries are made outside these zones.

2. Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days depending on the destination country.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, the delivery area, customs conditions, or exceptional circumstances (public holidays, peak periods, bad weather, strikes).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount and the destination country:

France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States

  • Orders under 50 (in local currency): 4.95 shipping fee
  • Orders equal to or over 50 (in local currency): free delivery

Canada and Australia

  • Orders under 100 (in local currency): 9.95 shipping fee
  • Orders equal to or over 100 (in local currency): free delivery

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process, before payment.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the real-time delivery of your package.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@sorelise.com.

6. Package Receipt

Upon receipt, we invite you to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of a visibly damaged package, refuse delivery or make precise reservations with the carrier, then contact us within 48 hours at contact@sorelise.com.

If you are absent when the delivery person calls, a delivery notice will be left, and the package will be made available according to the carrier's terms (collection point, post office, new delivery attempt).

7. Delivery Delay

If your package is not delivered within a reasonable time beyond the indicated deadlines, please contact us at contact@sorelise.com. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and keep you informed of its progress.

8. Lost or Undelivered Package

If a package is declared lost by the carrier after investigation, we will, at your choice, reship the order or issue a full refund.

9. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering. In case of an address error on your part resulting in the return of the package, re-shipping fees may be charged to you.

10. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia), customs duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees may be applied upon entry into the destination country. These potential costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
